Local youngster Connor Hollingsworth had his new HCD 1300 Stockcar on display on the Spedeworth Motorsport stand at the recent MWA Show in Peterborough.
Connor 17 started in the 1300 Stockcar formula as soon as he was 16 and despite several large knocks he loves the formula. According to Dad Barry, Connors only previous racing experience was his scalextric! Despite this, what the team lack in experience they more than make up for in enthusiasm, every meeting being a family day out with Connors one year old Niece Tilly being his biggest fan!
Connor is hoping to start the 2020 season at Ipswich in March after the car has been back to HCD to be finished off.
Connor will try to get to as many meetings as possible depending on Dad Barrys work commitments and family trips to America to watch the Nascars and Sprintcars.
